ConstanceWHITTAKERPeacefully at rest on Tuesday 18th November at the Royal Stoke Hospital surrounded by her loving family, Connie aged 92 years of Clayton.

The devoted wife of the late Doug, treasured mum of Janette, Eleanor & Karen, mother in law of Alan, Andy, Phil & the late Mick. Loving nan of Rachel, Becky, Justin, James, Charlotte, Ryan, Adam & Freya, great nan of Loui, Alfie, Jensen, Ebony, Finley, Eliza, Beau, Omar, Celyn & Teddy.

Connie will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her loving family, friends and all that knew her.

Funeral service to be held at St Giles Church, Newcastle on Tuesday 9th December at 10am, followed by a burial service at Silverdale Cemetery.

Family flowers only, donations greatly received for Dementia UK.
